Welcome to FT ksg99! Your experience with AS does not sound enjoyable at all. Although I do not have children I have travelled with and among children quite often and know that it's an extra "stressor." I am surprised to hear that the FA filled out a FAA form (heck - why don't they ever have the customer service forms onboard?! ).
