Traveling with Kids

We have a 2 1/2 yeard old and a 9 month old that have both traveled extensively internationally and domestically. I have to admit, its definitely NOT easy traveling with young kids and I have a much bigger appreciation for those going through trouble trying to get a toddler to sit. We've been lucky that we bring our Zune to play video, coloring books, toys, etc, that usually they act really well, but sometimes they do go off. Thats kids for you.

I'm sorry to hear what the Op went through, it sure seems like a way over the top measure for the FA's to do that.

Don't worry about everyone telling you not to travel with kids, etc. That's life, I travel alot for business on my own and am always offering to help those out with little ones. Thankfully the FA's on Alaska have always been the nicest to me, those on AA haven't been that great. I don't know if thats cause I'm gold or not, but it shouldn't matter.
