If you wanted to avoid all this you should have bought your daughter a seat before hand. You really have no grounds to complain. You were uncomfortable because you did not buy your daughter a seat before hand (your fault not AS's). Your daughter acted up and aggravated other PAX ( again your fault and somewhat hers ).

I really do not see where AS is at fault. Looks like you are trying to blame them for your lack of foresight and your daughters misbehavior.
