I found a routing on DL mainline (actually a bit of a company sposored MR to be honest - BWI-ATL-PIT) but DL isn't giving NW elited upgrades yet, are they?

If you don't mind connecting, then you can still do BWI-DTW-PIT (although these days, NW flights are costing an arm and a leg).
