I stayed in the Ottawa Novotel but they credited me the regular 250 miles, not the 500 miles the promotion promises. I've sent email but received no response. We know Aeroplan is uninterested in ensuring the promotions they advertise are respected and consider it their partners' problem, how do you proceed from here?
It's not worth much effort for 250 points but I hate letting people get away with stuff like this. Aeroplan promotes itself using all these promotions and they know half the time you won't get the points anyways.
