OMG I am SO frustrated. I have spent 45 minutes on the phone to hyatt (which probably cost more than the hyatt cert itself!) and all they did is pass me round, reinput my details onto the system and then told me it wouldnt work. No KIDDING! My cards work fine everywhere else. I have tried 7 cards belonging to myself, my company and my husband!

There is something wrong with their system yet wont acknowledge it and wont put me through to anyone technical. I am at my wits end. Does anyone have a suggestion before i completely give up and take my loyalty elsewhere!

This and the 15 euro beers i had at the park hyatt vendome are making me fall out of love with hyatt...
