This was in July 2007, but my significant other and I stayed at the W Seattle and I was deathly ill with the flu. We had just come from a cruise up to Alaska and I needed some rest. I pressed that "magic" button and asked for some NyQuil and a cough remedy with Dex in it to stop my coughing. They were able to do what I was unable to at that time, and went to the drugstore, got what I needed, then brought it back to my corner room within 20 minutes.

They arranged for more hot waters and teas to be brought to the room so I could recover in the W Bathtub...while sipping on some tea with honey it.

I really appreciated the whenever/whatever service that I received during this trip as I certainly didn't have the energy to "face the world" outside of my comfy room.....W did it for me and that made my hotel stay that much special.
