It would appear to be - I buy mine in France, the US and Canada for around the same prices. Best prices of course are in the outlet shops - I know of at least one or two in the US, and if you are in YVR it is worth checking the one in WA if you are ever near Seattle.

Ah, I see that you are BOTH in that area. Be forewarned that the Premium Outlets store in Marysville has a large selection often at very good prices
