W is aWesome!

Absolutely my favorite hotel chain out there.

With the exception of W Seattle , I've never had a bad experience at any of the W's I've visited around the country. Superb service, amazing platinum recognition, and friendly staff always make my stay memorable.

My favorite is still W Times Square. The general manager is ^.

Requested items a couple of times with Whatever/whenever
1. Asked for street kabobs and nuts4nuts Brought up to me right away. No charge on the bill. But, I think I tipped the guy enough for the food and then some It was snowing and freezing...didn't want to go out
2. Asked for some shaving cream and a blade. Was expecting el cheapo blade and nasty cream. Same agent brought up a cute black bag with ribbons and a W sticker. In it, I found a nice gillette fusion and a full size tube of bliss thermal shaving cream (retail for both: $30). No charge on the bill ^

But then again, with an average rate of $399/night for a standard room, I expect freebies every now and then
