I've taken Chocolate on just fine in MOST cases, but in one case they insisted on opening it up because it "looks like dense explosive material" on the X-ray. I think I just got a hungry TSO.

Lead crystal and dense chocolate/fudge are problematic for TSA. They should let it on, but be prepared for extra scrutiny.
