Have tried their coffee here in the UK and also in the US.

It;s average at best. Try a latte and it' tastes of hot milk. It's sad you have to pay for extra shots to make the milk taste of coffee.

Caffé Nero on the other hand sell coffee that actually tastes of coffee and advises customers they can ask for a weak coffee if they prefer. Seems a much more sensibel way around to me.

I'd reccomend they go to Starbucks if they dont want coffee to taste of coffee though.
