LAX-OAK was EMPTY! Maybe 40 pax total on the A320. 2 in F (one an SA).
I took the 5pm SFO-LAX flight home on an A319. I was seated behind the bulkhead, and as I was looking around, I noticed that the curtain between F and Y had been removed.
So the debate of whether to have curtains open/closed looks like it's been solved! End of issue! No more curtains.
Anyone else seen this or was it just the aircraft I was on?</font>
After the September 11th incident, Airlines are required to keep the curtains open at all times, so it makes sense to just remove them, rather than have them uselessly hang there.
