Hi bbb, this is EXACTLY what happened to me- no help at all. My card is UK but the address is exactly copied and i even called up the US cust service for 15 mins, they inputted my details and the same thing happened ARGH! Are there any other ways of getting hold of elite certs that dont involve you living in th US? thanks!
