This is probably a very elementary question, but this is the first I've encountered this.
I stayed at the Grosvenor House London over the Memorial Weekend (or bank holiday weekend, if you prefer

). I got an invoice in the mail yesterday from the hotel for a £17 white wine from the minibar. I didn't use anything from the minibar during the trip. What's the best course of action for me? Just call the hotel directly? I wonder how the hotel usually reacts to a minibar charge dispute, because there's really no proof from either side.
I've already written too much for such a small problem. I'd appreciate any input though. Thanks!
