Extreme sadness when you realize that PLT desk isn't really dedicated AAgents at all, but rather priority handling of call with regular AAgents.

Well... I've longed to be EXP for a few years now, but have never been. I'm sure I'd go through all those emotions, too, if I experienced the benefits of EXP only to have them go away.
