Thanks for the detailed info. ^ Do you know what plane type they usually fly? It doesn't actually sound quite as nice as I was hoping though.
That said, having a same-plane connection through DXB would be a big plus, I always seem to get stuck in queue behind a planeful of Afghan mullahs who won their tickets in a lottery and don't speak a word of anything except Pashtu when there's one poor Filipina lady manning the solitary open transit counter.
Is the immigration really bad enough to require a handholding service, and if yes, why? Just the queue length, or the intricacies of on-arrival visa applications? For reference, I frequently travel to places like RUH, CGK and DEL, and haven't particularly felt the need for one.
And by the way, does TG use the Hala (NAS) contract lounge at KWI?
