I just noticed you are SEN+
Well if you are you should have received the SEN+ welcome package - it usually contains a business card of your personal assistant (cell number for 24hr access).
If you don't reach your personal SEN+ assistant the instructions are pretty clear:
Call the SEN hot line in Cape Town (you should know the number by now) or call the SEN line in Germany - when prompted (they can identify you through oyur cell number)
Rip open the included sealed envelope and scratch of the hidden secret 26 digit hex code and enter it.
This will alert the station manager in the city you are presently - and ensure a personalized ground service.
Including a therapeutic massage to relive the stress after having the flight canceled and luggage stuck in airport.
I am actually very envious of this - I as a HON+ usually get only a few hundred bucks to cover my expenses and buy some clothes ...
but then again I can always fall back on my daughter who is a SEN+
