Yes, no brainer for me - the First Class Terminal in Frankfurt for a few hours then LH F. The seat is not the greatest but the food and drink is excellent.

Remember if you go through Heathrow you'll be paying the £80 Air Passenger Duty fee which will make the taxes far higher than the LH option as well.
