Is this true of Marriott properties in general? This was the first time in over 25 years that I have been walked!

If this is true, I would expect this property to have been better prepared to fulfill the URG. I still have not received the compensation.
it is not true...not sure why someone would say that, it does happen at times but hotels do a better job of managing their inventory than the airlines do
