I would agree with the OP here, everything was on the up and up; she was not trying to hide a thing therefore there should not be any issue that she was trying to pull something over on the property

The hotel's situation has changed, as evidenced by the lower non-prepay rate, which also includes a Visa gift card. I don't see how I attempted to or in any way took advantage of the manager's trust. The new rate is on my still non-refundable reservation.
