I might be the dessenting (and minority) opinion here, but...

Let's see what those "premium passengers" say when TED is replaced by all explus (or worse!). I fly IAH-ORD quite a bit since my family is in TX, and half of those planes are express now (let's not even talk about how it's down from 4-6x to 3-4x daily). With the 737 fleet cuts, I wouldn't be surprised if all the IAH flights become explus going forward. I'd take TED with big overhead bins and no F over those explus snackboxes, and alcoholic drinks in plastic cups *in* F any day. Maybe that's just me...
