I've figured out why it wasn't working for me. I had the POS set as "AU", but I'm guessing the redesign of the AU Zuji site has screwed things up. But it works if I change the POS to "SG".

The redesign of the AU Zuji site is a right pain!
I emailed them, but it was a 'tough luck mate' reply.
Oh well.
