I'm wondering if someone already did this or not. I'm not a current AMEX member but would like to get a Centurion right now. I spend about $500K a year on my CitiAAdvantage MC and Chase United Visa cards. Has anyone who is not an AMEX member been able to go directly to a Centurion card? For example could you fax them your other VISA/MC statements showing you spend more than $250K a year? I don't want to spend $400 now for Platinum and then wait 6 months to qualify for Centurion.
