AA NRT Information and DONE4

Hi All,

Have been lurking here for a while and find the posts really useful. Originally I thought I am the only "weird" person doing Mileage runs etc... But it seems I am only an ameteur compare to some of you!

I have a questions regarding ticketing with AA at NRT. I normally deal with JL and CX on DONE4 tickets, but as I read here AA can be potentially cheaper because they don't calculate all the tax/surcharge correctly.

Questions:

1) If I only have US AA flights will they allow me to still ticket with them (I heard some AA GSA don't accpet bookings if you don't take AA long haul

2) Who do I call? I heard there is this AA RTW desk? Where are they based? DO I contact them to make the booking and then contact AA in NRT to ticket? Also how long can they hold a booking as I prob need 2-3 weeks to finalise things

3) Also what can I pay by credit card over the phone? I guess it will be E-tix now and max 16 segments

4) Is this routing OK: NRT-SYD-LHR-JFK-HKG-NRT? I am not sure whether they allow you to in face backtrack to Asia. I know there is this rule regarding SWP to Europe can transit in Asia more than Once, but if you start in Asia does this apply?

5) Given the reduced number of coupons and land segments now count to the limit, just wondering can you issue OPEN segments with just the city codes eg LON, NYC etc.. instead of JFK, LHR etc..
