There is an RCC lounge in the CDG terminal (10th floor). It has been a few years, so I don't remember exactly how to get there from the gate, but it shouldn't be too hard to find. Check out UA's link http://www.united.com/page/article/0,,52706,00.html

I am on the same flight Friday. I am a 1P and also waiting for my C upgrade to clear. I've "only" been waitlisted for about 10 months. I'm spending my day praying to the upgrade gods!
