It's so sad to see our regular frequent fliers on other carriers. I hate reading this. From what I understand a lot of our MVP's and GOLD's have resorted to AA out of SFO....and that has turned into nothing but a joke with AA's new off the wall policies and from what I understand, and could be wrong, none of the AS MVP/GOLD standings mean anything to them.

Anyway...

Unless you are craving Mexican food or come early enough to do the hike to the far side of terminal 2 (the new Southwest terminal) there is not much there currently. All the restaurants in the "old" Southwest terminal near gates 21ish are also all closed. Terminal 2 only really has restaurants in the new terminal they built last year.

The airport is in the process of setting up little kiosk with random food items such as coffee, muffins, sandwhiches, etc. Giant Burger is still open but has a very small menu and is cash only. They still have burgers and hot dogs. I have no idea how much longer they will keep that open. It was closed one day and open the next.
