You can call Four Seasons directly, give them your reservation number abd request the airport pickup. They have a choice of a Mercedes or Bentley. They pick you up at the gate in a cart, whiz you through the airport, facilitate immigration and help you claim you claim your baggage which they take to the waiting car. It's a terrific service. I would suggest you get access to the club lounge as it is magnificent with great views, wonderful food offerings and any kind of beverage you could possibly want.
