I just had a great first 4 night experience at the Park Tower last week--suite upgrade (views in both directions, river and city), early check-in (10am) and late check out (5:30pm), free breakfast for spouse and myself thrown in even though an award stay (and that on the 50% off PLT offer no less), a bottle of Terraza Malbec and (admittedly less than fresh) fruit in room on check in, fruit juice and and gift (leather coin purse) on check in. Sebastian Jovanovich and his front desk crew were very friendly and helpful from start to end of stay; Julian Valla at the concierge desk likewise (though take a pass on the Gonzalez leather factory trip if he suggests it--he didn't push it but my wife expressed interest and so he set us up--but there are other, better leather store options like Welcome nearby). Gustavo much less friendly or helpful, per some of the reports above--among other things he neglected to take care of a tango show reservation, as well as rubbing my wife pretty wrong (and me a little wrong too)--though in the end his neglect didn't matter, and the others covered ably. Could be that things went well for us as it was shoulder season and the hotel wasn't exactly packed (and contacting the hotel a couple of days ahead to ask for dinner reservations and an upgrade request didn't hurt in getting us on the radar) but nonetheless I'd go back. That said, given the price of things in EZE and some of the other, better located and lavish accommodations, I might look around a bit--but this experience would have been hard to beat, especially at what amounted to 6K points/night!
