I will be staying at the Four Seasons in Hong Kong starting Jun 15. From what I understand, they offer a service where they will take you straight off the plane (I am flying Cathay Pacific) and into passport control through a private lane, then provide private transportation to the hotel. Can anyone tell me how to arrange this? I don't have e-mail contact info to the Four Seasons...

also, any tips or experiences that anyone could share in advance regarding this hotel would be appreciated. Thanks!!
