Nope, I'm not suggesting that the food service would be decent. If you concluded that based on my post, I'm sorry I wasn't clear. But, by serving short ribs or tortellini (vs. Ramen noodles) the airline is, at least, putting on a guise of such, is it not?
You'll not get any argument from me that the food on domestic routes is usually dreadful - which is why I said I don't choose F based on that criteria.
