I have a 4-night stay, which equals a $320 rate difference. I also have another 4-night stay booked for the following month, which may have been noted on this reservation.

The hotel's situation has changed, as evidenced by the lower non-prepay rate, which also includes a Visa gift card. I don't see how I attempted to or in any way took advantage of the manager's trust. The new rate is on my still non-refundable reservation.
