I stayed in both as Plat.
Upgrade in Lisbon Continental to a executive room, there is no lounge.
Room was OK, Breakfast not very good
HI Lisbon, constantly upgraded to execuive room, never to a suite, there is no lounge.
Rooms are nice, breakfast also not very good.
Since I like the location of the Lisbon a bit more, I stay mostly there when in Lisbon
