Jan-believes, I am very disappointed to hear that your airline (well, at least your boss) doesn't value the customer service that you provide. The airline probably spends a lot of money and staff training time to ensure customer loyalty. I assure you that customers appreciate the extra mile that some airline staff go to for us.

I'm sure a customer minded person like you will land a better job soon with a more understanding supervisor! Take care.
