I would like to second (or third, or whatever) the request to have healthier meals. It shouldn't be that difficult to achieve, simple things such as more veggies and lean meats help. And whole grain rice. Etc. United should hire a nutritionist to help in the preparation of the meal choices, there are all kinds of (reheatable) dishes that can be served that not only taste good but are healthy.
Also, I'd like to see some basic nutritional information on the international menus. Such as calories, fat content, carbs, etc. I don't know how much effort it is to calculate these things, but it shouldn't be too challenging. This would help people make educated choices about the meals that they serve. Unfortunately, even ordering special meals doesn't really give you this type of info. Plus, a lot of people (such as me) don't order the special meals for fear of it impacting our upgrades, especially since UA often waits until the last minute to do an upgrade.
