I was there on 5/20, stayed on the 6th floor that was just recently done. The finer details have slipped away from my memory--too many hotel rooms since then--but I thought it was nicely done. Much brighter colors and a modern look. Gone are the 18th century flower/bird drawings, dark wood furniture and heavy wallpaper of the classic RC look--clearly they are aiming for the younger luxury guest--as I understand they must do.

The baths are shower only, glass door, bench opposite the shower, a big rainforest head and a hand shower as well.

The LG TVs found elsewhere are there.

I also seem to recall an Ipod dockable alarm clock.

I am not sure if there were wood floors in the entryway before, but it is there now.

Overall quite nice and quite needed. Wished I recalled more, but if you were avioding this property it may be worth returning to once things are done--consider giving it a while however, there was some construction noise above may that may be an issue for some.
