I would add that if you're also returning in First, on a weekend day, expect nothing (unless things have changed recently). The last time I traveled on a weekend in First on VT, my ticket was good for complimentary food, but I had to go to the snack counter to get it, there was no option of what to get, and the quality was far worse than what was available for sale.
