12/23 IAD-LAX on AA no ID check at the boarding gate. ID subsequently checked, however, LAX-FAT... both when entering the room where you wait to pick up the shuttle bus to gate 44 and when boarding the Saab 340.

12/28 IDs checked at both FAT and DFW.
