I tend to agree. The ticket was booked by my employer through a travel agency. Including me and the two airlines, that makes 5 parties involved in the ticketting process. There are so many variables. I think I'm going to ask for a Delay Report.
Um, what is a delay report?
Seems to me that it isn't the airlines that screwed up here but someone else. Either the person who booked the ticket or the travel agent.
Oh, and I can't see UA being on the phone for two hours. UA isn't *that* good.
