First things first:

1. Have you still got each boarding pass and original ticket (or etix)?

2. How long have you waited - usually flights post within a few days, but sometime up to 3 weeks. Anything after that you should be writing to THAI.

3. Scan all your BPs and Tix, and email ROP in Bangkok with the details attached - tell them that you are also faxing the information and originals are coming in the mail. Send teh fax and the mail. Keep a full copy of everything for your self.

4. Wait 2 weeks then follow-up.
