This is flight 928 (ORD-LHR)
All I know is it was frustrating......
Thanks
I had a DEN-SFO change from 2 class 767 to 3 class and back to 2. In all the shufflng I lost my upgrade. I think I got bumped out when they shifted to 3 class (fewer seats) and then they used a different system for allocating when it went back to 3 class. Annoying, and caused all sorts of other problems (like I couldn't OLCI for my return leg on a same day turnaround, so I had been kicked off the return flight before my incoming flight arrived . . . luckily for me there was room to get on even after I lost my seat).
