Does anyone have any ideas about what could be going wrong? I’m a ROP member since January. The first few flights posted correctly (mostly flights on TG and SQ). But from the end of February on not one single of my (about 30) *A flights (mostly LX and TP) has posted to my account.
And yes, all flights where in the correct booking classes. And my number was entered on check-in for all of them. I’ve checked that.

I understand that sometimes something can go wrong, and I don’t mind sending boarding passes to Bangkok once in a while. But all of them…?

The only suggestion that TG in Madrid could give is that my name on the reservations and my ROP card could be different, but no problem there.

Is there a time limit for the use of the temporary card? Since none of my points have posted I’m still 250 short of Silver, so I haven’t received a real card yet.

Any ideas are welcome!
