What is a "case" of wine ???
I wonder if any of you can help. Recently Customer Relations offered me a "case of wine" as part of a compensation offer following a serious complaint about two flights, the details of the complaints are not worth repeating here.
The "case" of wine duly arrived and it turned out to be three bottles of wine, which i am sure will be very pleasant when they are opened, but question is - what defines a "case" of wine - i think it is 12 bottles, a half case is 6 bottles - but BA seem to think it is 3 - are they just mean, or have i missed a change of definition ??
