I am very sorry to hear that people died in this accident.
Crashes happen with every airline - even the ones with the best security culture in the industry.
The problem is - to my opinion - less a lack of security of TACA, but more a problem of TGU which is considert as one of the most dangerous airports of the world. Approaching this airport is quite difficult since you glide for quite some time pretty close down a hill and at the other end of the runway there is a motorway just at the end. This basicly leaves no rooms for errors or bad conditions - and both of them happen even to the best pilots in the world.

Let's face it: TGU was overdue for this and I hope that they finally take the right consquences and improve the security. The next crash will be more fatal.
