Doesn't matter if you redeemed before or after new T&C. MCR devalued to 3 max redemptions in each PC catagory ie. 3 x PC156 & 3 x PC625/MCR account. Once you exhaust these redemption amounts you may not redeem for PC again from that account.

Remember seeing that MCR is tracking IP addresses and will pull all points from all account originating from same computer. I don't know for sure but there are others who are better positioned to answer.
