And if you don't mind the long flight, you can probably use this from the midwest as well (ie, fly MKE-MSP-PDX-AMS-XXX-AMS-PDX-MSP-MKE or similar) and get the saver (100k) rate. I know that on a paid fare, PDX was allowed as a stopover to Europe.

So, for those looking to get to Europe in WBC, but not able to find anything via the wealth of other gateways (MSP, DTW, MEM, ORD, IAH, EWR, etc. etc. etc.), take a jog out to the west coast!
