Marriage of US citizen or US naturalized citzen to a non-citizen does NOT
necessarily entitle spouse to automatic US citizenship, therefore
child also would NOT automatically be so entitled to dual (country of birth)
AND US citizenship basedd solely on one parent being a US Naturalized
citzen albeit such person was or has in residence in the US for a minimum of
five years...
