I have NOT yet been to T3 in Beijing, but from my past experiences in China.
Lounges tend to be contract lounges with less amenities that one normally sees elsewhere. Showers Food internet access all are more spotty in China.
I do not count on lounges when I am in China. I do not go to the airport early for lounges when I am in China.
