My DD who was then 4 went through the safety card with her dad, paying particular attention to life jackets, water landings, etc. had the "Why, Why, Whys." Upset/worried some surrounding pax and DH had to keep changing the subject.
An hour later on approach to Sydney, the plane, as expected, takes a sharp turn over water, and the 2 of the 3 runways in Sydney are also built over the water. DD exclaimed at this "We're going to land in the water, I'm glad I read the safety card".
