If a FA was pushed, this is due to a cultural misunderstanding. Japanese people think nothing of pushing people out of their way. While to us Westerners this is a sign of discourtesy, rudeness, and even aggression. However, I am not surprised by the lack of "cultural sensitivity" or lack of language skills among UA FA. If they had an ANA exchange-FA it might have helped. Glen Tilton still wonders why foreigners are reluctant to fly on UA!?
