I hope you do pursue this with someone in authority and I am grateful that you care enought to stand up for other people. Some FA's, only a few, have such an edge they should never have been hired in the first place. I think UAL is the best. If you doubt it, try booking online with Air France or Qantas, but there is no excuse in this present climate to have surly employees working for UAL.
